Rosa T. Adalsteinsdottir

I was born in 1971 and grew up in Akureyri, in the north of Iceland.

I studied medicine in Reykjavik, cand.med. a church, in 1998, with, among other things, a research stay in Aarhus in Denmark and a stay as an observer in the ob/gyn department at Stanford University Hospital in California.

I took specialist training as a gynecologist in Norway, first at Ullevål University Hospital and from 2003 at Stavanger University Hospital.

I started my practice as a private gynecologist in January 2009. I was lucky enough to be allowed to do so at the Hinnaklinikken, where Dr. Marit Veholmen had already built up a popular, high-quality practice.
